EbenFold

About

EbenFold exists for the Kingdom of God.

The name comes from Ebenezer — stone of help. After the Lord turned the Philistines back at Mizpeh, Samuel set a stone between Mizpeh and Shen and called it Ebenezer: “Hitherto hath the Lord helped us” (1 Samuel 7:12). It was not a hope. It was a marker on the road, so anyone who passed would know the help had already come.

We are a two-principal partnership. We take the work seriously because the organizations we serve — clinics, towns, small shops — are made of people. We show up, stabilize what is fragile, document the true environment, and peel off so the local team can carry it.

That is the work. Ebenezer is the marker. The Fold is the place we stand — a shepherd’s fold, kept, not left open.

Most of my years have been in small hospitals — keeping the systems up, the access honest, and the place recoverable when something breaks. Blessed to have finished a master’s in IT management with a cybersecurity focus . And privileged to have served in our nation's Army as a CavScout and a Systems Administrator in the Air Force.

I build and keep the infrastructure: identity, endpoints, networks, the Microsoft side of a shop. For a stretch I was responsible for IT at five hospitals at a time across Washington and Oregon, and rebuilt what was already failing. I have also pastored a small congregation. Both of those are still how I work.

Most of our years have been in healthcare. The way we work is the same for a small shop or a city office.
